September was another busy month in the Vancouver Real Estate market. But busy doesn’t mean crazy hikes in prices. Last month we talked about the impact of increased supply, and how it is inevitably coming. Well, as we predicted, it has started. General Metro Vancouver market saw record sales, but overall a decline in prices. We should be seeing another rush of demand in the 4th quarter of this year, but should see a further decline of prices next year. If you’re looking to sell or move, give me a call!
