Alex is a friend and ex-colleague of mine and when I see that he is now in real estate, I thought of him to sell my condo. Considering the market is starting to slow down, Alex executed the job and got the unit sold in 5 days with the price I wanted. He is always prompt with emails, texts, and calls. First met Alex when we viewed a home he was showing. We didn't buy it, but he did such a great job, we had him sell our home when the time came. Amazing repeat performance! He did 52 showings in one weekend, got 12 offers, and $151k over asking for us! We were ecstatic. Alex just helped us close a deal on a new house. This is the third time I've had the pleasure of working with Alex. He goes above and beyond to ensure your home buying/selling experience is as smooth as possible. Two of the three deals were finalized around 3am and Alex was more than happy to keep going if needed. If that doesn't demonstrate commitment then I don't know what does. Very honest, no BS, extremely knowledgeable and excellent at building relationships with other realtors. I also appreciate that he uses DocuSign to help make the lengthy process of signing much much quicker. I am an extremely picky person who is hard to please but Alex was able to to keep me in check with accurate information and a logical decision making process.
